Igor has handcrafted this wine from 100% estate grown Friulano (historically known as Tocai) fruit. The fruit bunches are carefully selected and handpicked. Following temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel, approximately 10% of the wine undergoes maturation in French Oak barriques prior to being reunited with the parent vinification. This wine appears pale yellow in the glass. The characteristic aroma of bitter almond blends with aromas of melon and stone fruits. Fresh fruit flavors bath the palate followed by a crisp clean finish. Enjoy with soft cheeses, shellfish, fish, and spicy dishes. Best served 50-55F in a large bowl glass to enjoy the aromas.
