Handcrafted from 100% Friulano fruit from Prepotto in Friuli, the fruit is hand picked in early September and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and left on the lees for a few months prior to bottling. The wine shows as straw yellow with greenish hues in the glass, delivers aromas green bitter almonds, sage, and elderflower on the nose, then provides a clean, crisp finish with good minerality.

Pairing: mild cheeses, berries and fruit, light soups, poultry, pasta, fish, and Asian cuisine. Best served at 55F in large format glasses.
