2020 Zucchetto Prosecco Extra Dry DOCG

Carlo Zucchetto has produced a classic cuvée from Zucchetto estate vineyards, in Valdobbiadene County hills. It is probably the most versatile Prosecco sparkling, due to its well-balanced acidity and residual sugar. Hints of peach, banana, apple. A creamy, buttery finish with hints of toasted nuts come together in this luxurious blend. Notes of lively spice and aromatic herbs add to the complexity.

A perfect aperitif and good compliment to many light courses, vegetables soups, sea food, pasta dishes, fresh cheeses and white meat (poultry).
