The sloped vineyards face the north with clay and limestone soils. The fruity aromas of the wine are preserved through direct pressing and temperature-controlled maceration. Fermentation and traditional vinification are completed in temperature controlled concrete vats.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nThe wine shows pale, gold rose hues in the glass, and delivers aromas of rose, violet and peony, with hints of strawberry, raspberry and red currants. Best enjoyed when served at 55 degrees F in a large bowl glass.
