This young, lively Rosè has a surprise for you. It’s a frizzante! Ornella Molon crafts this refreshingly light wine from Cabernet Franc grapes harvested from estate vineyards southeast of Treviso next to the Piave River. After a brief maceration with the grape skins, the wine is cold fermented using the Charmat method in stainless steel tanks. This light, sparkling rose is meant to drink young. Look for fresh fruit aromas with notes of strawberry and raspberry on the palate, and a hint of bell pepper on the finish. Drink now.

Enjoy this wine as an aperitif with antipasto and fish, or all by itself. Best served very cold at 40-50F.
