Emmanuele crafted this classic Provence Rosé from 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah fruit from the 20-year-old vines on the estate. The sloped vineyards face the north with clay and limestone soils. The fruity aromas of the wine are preserved through direct pressing and temperature-controlled maceration. Fermentation and traditional vinification are completed in temperature controlled concrete vats.

The wine shows pale, gold rose hues in the glass, and delivers aromas of rose, violet and peony, with hints of strawberry, raspberry and red currants. Best enjoyed when served at 55 degrees F in a large bowl glass. Pair with fruits, berries, melons, shellfish, and white fish.
