This medium to full-bodied red is a blend of native varietals from the Montalcino District of Chianti. The wine undergoes cold temperature maceration at 30 C in stainless steel, and aged for 3 months in bottle prior to release. This Chianti shows a bright ruby red color in the glass with complex floral aromas on the nose. Hints of blueberry and raspberry please the palate, and well-balanced tannins and acidity provide a medium to long finish. Enjoy this bright red with antipasto, pasta with meat sauces, grilled red meats and poultry. Best served at 65 degrees F.
