This medium to full-bodied red is 100% Sangiovese grapes. The wine is aged 9 months in Slovenian oak botte and French oak barriques with an additional 4 months in the bottle. This Sangiovese shows a bright ruby red color in the glass with complex floral aromas on the nose. Hints of blueberry and raspberry please the palate, and well-balanced tannins and acidity provide a medium to long finish. Enjoy this bright red with antipasto, pasta with meat sauces, grilled red meats and poultry. Best served at 65 degrees F.
