This rich and bold red blend is handcrafted from varietals grown in the Limbara Hills (Colli del Limbara) where is soil is decomposed granite. Each varietal is handpicked beginning in September and separately fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks on their lees prior to being blended in May. The 2020 vintage is an intense but elegant wine that shows dark ruby red in the glass, delivers aromas of plum, blueberries, herbs, and dark fruits on the nose, then an intensely fruity finish of plum, blueberries, dark fruits and spice on the finish.

Pairing: Bold cheeses, roasted red meats, game, and duck. Best served at 65F in large format glasses. Drink now or cellar 5-7 years. Decant prior to enjoying.
