Handcrafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc fruit from Prepotto in Friuli, the fruit is hand picked in early September and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and left on the lees for a few months prior to bottling. The wine shows as pale yellow with greenish hues in the glass, delivers aromas green pepper, sage, mint, and exotic fruits on the nose, then provides a clean, crisp finish with good minerality.

Pairing: mild cheeses, berries and fruit, light soups, poultry, pasta, fish, and Asian cuisine. Best served at 55F in large format glasses.
