Emmanuelle crafted this classic Provence Rosé from estate grown Grenache (80%), Syrah (10%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%). The 30-year-old vines are on a northern facing slope with rich clay and limestone soils. The fruity aromas of the wine are preserved through direct pressing and temperature-controlled maceration. Fermentation and traditional vinification are completed in temperature controlled concrete vats.

This Rosé blend shows pale rose gold hues in the glass with aromas of pink flowers, red currants, strawberry and bergamot, spices of vanilla, pepper and juniper, and hints of verbena and fresh mint. On the palate, the wine expresses notes of melon, peach and red fruits. The finish is persistent with hints of grapefruit and candy cane. Serve this wine at 55 degrees F in a large bowl glass. Enjoy paired with Salmon, scallops, chicken, melon, berries and aperitivo.
