2025 Domaine Tour Campanets Blanc AOP

  • Emmanuelle crafted this Provence Blanc from estate grown Rolle (50%), Sauvignon Blanc (25%), and Ugni Blanc (25%). The 12-year-old vines are on a northern facing slope with rich clay and limestone soils. The fruity aromas of the wine are preserved through direct pressing and temperature-controlled maceration. Fermentation and traditional vinification are completed in temperature controlled concrete vats.

    This blanc shows pale yellow with green hues in the glass, aromas of linden blossoms, citrus fruits and white peaches, and delivers a crisp, clean finish with hints of lime zest, white flowers and white peach. Best enjoyed at 55 degrees F in a large bowl glass. Pair with white fish, oysters or soft cheeses.
